Navigating from the structured path of a pre-med at UCLA to the exciting world of software engineering, my academic and professional journey has been anything but straightforward. The transition wasn't simple; it was a deep dive into the unknown, motivated by a late realization in my senior year. Deciding to leave the medical field behind, I embarked on a software engineering path, driven by a rekindled dream from my high school days.
My tenure at App Academy was transformative, sharpening my skills in API development, Redux store management, and data science, while also teaching me the invaluable lesson of humility in collaboration. The challenge of the Tunafy project, a highlight of my learning, underscored the importance of teamwork in achieving complex goals. My passion for front-end development allows me to revel in the creativity of turning visions into reality, crafting interfaces that resonate with users.
